6 mile repeats (5:50, 5:45, 5:34, 5:37, 5:29, 5:36). Felt pretty good. The first two were slightly uphill and into the wind, so thats why they were probably a touch slower. Goal pace was 5:35's, so pretty much dead on. I wanted to do 8, but decided to not push my luck since i raced Saturday.
