my foot felt better today. I'd say I'm back to 60% confidence in it. Hopefully with a few more days of easier running I will be ready to go for the 30k. I do have a sinking feeling though that I will be 95% in a week, then run 18+ miles hard, and then be right back to where I am now next Sunday.
