legs felt ok, but I got blasted in the eye with a bug or something on the trail. It hurt so bad it stopped me dead in my tracks and I couldn't see for two minutes. Ha, and it happened about 30 seconds after I took my sunglasses off. F. Then, it started to absolutely pour for the last 3 miles. I took it easier so I wouldn't pull anything since it was a cold rain. Average day, striders after.
