3 x mile repeat. I wanted to get 4 in, but I faded really hard in the 3rd repeat... more so than I thought I would. I realize I was a bit ambitious on the first two, and I didn't get quite enough rest in between, but I thought I could hold on for 5:3x. Oh well. This damn humidity is making workouts difficult too.
Next time I will be wearing faster shoes for these quick workouts. And it's time to ramp up the miles, I'm feeling a bit low on base.
