easy. I definitely felt much better today after taking yesterday off, but I'm still pretty beat up from the 10 miler last Saturday. I had some on and off knotting in my right quad right to the inside of my knee (nothing major, it eased up after I stretched it out for 20 seconds or so), and some mild soreness on the bottom of my right heel, probably from running 10 miles at a 6 minute clip without ever leaving my toes...
First day running in the clown Newtons. They were nice and smooth. Sweet! Now I have 2 pairs to alternate, even though I don't think it's necessary to rotate Newtons.
