warmup plus 8:49 500yd swim. BOOM PR and it's awesome because the EOD summer cruise guy was like "hmmmmm.... you're a strong candidate but that swim time.... i really wanna see you get under 9:00.... can you get a new score to me in two weeks?" got it to him in 1 week.
