plus 35 pushups.

deadlifts and squats were just kinda done. went up to about 175 with both, and the squats were hard. i keep dipping to my left side. I should work fixing that. lifted with some grad student named joe. nice guy. squat form was a little off, but he was helpful with them and deadlifts.

then i saunaed and stretched.
