painful. sore. run with bob. we turned back because his ankle was hurting. we started to turn back on division but i was all "fuck this, run through the soreness". ankle was a little off, but overall manageable. hip flexors super sore. quads super sore. calves super sore. ankles super sore. chest super sore. wtf is happening. i need more rest. i wasn't necessarily overtrained, but underrecovered.
