oooookkkkkkkkkkk that's enough intervals for now. PT again. ran 'em hard, ran 'em well. would've gone faster had there not been any people in the lanes — i had to run out in lanes 3 and 4 for a chunk of this. breaks were sometimes longer than just 100m or 400m or whatever. lots of water breaks, but that's ok. that's just how i wanted this workout to be.
