great run with strenta. good to be back. just me and him doing the wednesday loop. there was 8" of fresh snow on the ground from that morning and by the time we ran it was starting to get a lil icy, so going up the main hill was a lil tough. we took it real easy and just relaxed the whole time. i was a lil out of breath since hills were new to me, and i haven't run long in a while, but it was great. the snow definitely slowed us down. overall a great run with strenta
