yeah, it was too fast. 62° and just gorgeous. good to be back to hills. I ran too fast because I was scared about running another slow day like before. I know, I know, stupid, but still. It didn't feel too bad, but I could tell that I was going fast.

-- no ankle knee or hip pains. glutes felt thick like chewing a tootsie roll. they could use some stretching. tonight i should do my standard heel/toe/lunge walks.
