jesus shit man. talk about slow. ran with delaney's friend andrew stella here at princeton. morning run. i felt sluggish and slow, but not THAT slow. rolled my ankle once, but it seemed to be fine. glutes felt thick and like lead. stretch out ITB after run. things to watch for: butt and ankle.
