rün with bob on a BEAUTIFUL day. up the east side of the huron, up to barton park, then on a random detour through the woods. we almost swam across the river, but it was too cold and bob pussied out. we ran back to the main trail, bushwhacked a bunch, but finally made it across.
nothing hurt, but my legs felt DEAD and my left foot is developing tendonitis. I NEED to keep an eye out for this and work on my ankle strength.
pace was alright. took a good deal of effort, but it was probably around 7:15-7:20.
