run with bob. ugh felt terrible. my ankle was hurting a lot. my legs felt dead. my gut hurt. it was hard. it was harder than it should have been. BUT it ended up being a 7:10 time sooooo can't complain? was aiming for 13 miles (bob was going for 15) but that never happened.
