went hiking with leah with a bit of trail running on it. hit the trailhead (lafayette place parking lot) at 12:15 and started cruising up the mountain for a bit. most of the running was on the upper ridge from the peak of lafayette down to the parking lot. TONS of fun, though we both had our falls that almost cost us our legs. even though the mileage for the day was kinda low (since a lot of the steep parts were slick with water or literally too steep to run), it was a good day for exercise and running. the views are amazing and on a better day, the ridgeline would be monumental. what a great hike
