PT. not bad. originally there were no 100m and there was an extra 800m but that got scrapped :-( went faster than i thought i would. either i'm in better shape than I thought or palmer field was EXTRA short. i think it was a lil short because of the construction. oh well. good numbers; i'll take them.
10/23/11 EDIT: since palmer field is under construction and the track was rerouted a lil bit, i think it takes off about 8-10 sec/lap
