PT run. at the start i was really sore and tired from my race and just last week in general, however after the run, i felt much better, so i think this was really good for my recovery. it was a bit of a struggle to hold this pace and to switch gears quickly.
west on N. Univ., down on state, then west on E Williams. then south on Main, West on Stadium Blvd, and then just sorta up on state, east on hill, then north on church till back at NH.
