PT. sean and connor led it. quicker than i would want after a speed workout last night and at 6am, but whatever. i'll take it. wasn't exactly relaxing at this pace, but it was solid and sustainable. at the end, sean called a sprint. i had NO speed. really strange feeling. I was just totally sapped of sprinting speed. I could hold 6:30/mi for a few miles at the asscrack of dawn and cruise up hills, but i couldn't sprint. huh.
