nice easy run. hot as balls though. 82°. right ankle is still weak and hurts a bit, but it doesn't get worse when I run so... looks like i'm running through this. no other injuries or weaknesses.

-- Went down behind the house along mink brook to s. main st., following the brook to jack and krista brown's house. down to main street, then a loop around occum and back to the green. finally, easy cooldown back home by way of the hop.
