did this one in trainers. footstrike felt smooth, but i know it's not. time to get some flats or distance spikes. this workout was supposed to be a lactate threshold one. it was supposed to be painful. my ankles were sore going in, they were still sore coming out. on the heels of tuesday's workout, i'll accept this.

then we went to rod's diner on state street and got milkshakes yay!
