deadlifted for a while up to 3x5x185, then peaked at 5x205.

squatted up to 3x185, but my form was shaky. not feeling so good. maybe deadlifts wore me out.

2x11 pullups

35 pushups

then when i came back (after i ran), i swung a maul for a bit chopping up ice
