damn hot. 71°. nice wind that was cooling but also a little bit prohibitive. needed more water beforehand. hadn't eaten since ~ 11 this morning. HOWEVER i still had the strength to do it, so i'm making excuses for nothing. got a nice sunburn before the run during a nap outside. this probably exacerbated it. no injuries or pain. ankles and calves felt weak, though. overall a nice pace, except for the heat.
