picked up the pace a lil bit, held the effort, and then watched the pace fall... uhoh. but then i hit the pavement out of the arb and watched it get better. i ran the 5k course through the arb (the run for the arb course i did with bob back in the day). overall... meh. good, but not exceptional. i think i'm ready for saturday.
