nice and easy. felt like I was moving pretty fast at some points, and pretty slow at others. right ankle is NOT happy. but i was able to push the pain below.
got my first two 50 mile weeks in a row. and at moderate expense to my ankle. I'm otherwise ready for > 50 mi/week, PUT ME IN COACH I CAN DO IT I CAN DO IT!!! i just need my new orthotics and I need my ankle to heal. Just gotta get through the next two weeks and then i can take some time off. sooooooo close to finishing the season. sooooooooo fucking close. time to take it easy. 40/45 miles this coming week, and then 45 the week after.
