run with mrun. caleb went so i went. we pulled off by the dam and me, him, his brother zack, and erica went swimming in the river. we talked to some girls who had franzia with them so then we all chatted for a while. then we ran home. swimming was really nice but i was REAAAAAAALLY dehydrated.
i'll call this a normal run
