warmed up for 5 minutes, cooled down for 10. ran a quick lap then recovery jogged for 4 minutes. started out at 1:15 accidentally, but it was easy, so i slowed it down to 1:29, then 1:25, 1:22, 1:19, 1:16, and 1:17.
