coronado with an eod team who plays with seals. run 3.3 miles, swim back across the water to the island, then 5 rounds of {lunge ~25 steps and back with a 35 lb kettlebell, do 20 squats with a 60 lb kettlebell, do 10 burpee pullups} and then we ran three laps around this field with a 70lb seabag. it was all actually a lot of fun, but i torn up my hands on the taped pullup bar.
