nice and easy with delaney and nick tsapakos. we went easy but i felt QUITE good. we kicked it into fast gear for the last mile which was a BLAST! DL kicked fast thinking the end was right there, only to die out and realize the finish was much farther away. ran into matt pierce and his pals. we ran in the shade.
