run with strenta. felt great. everything was working good. no ankle or ITB problems. we did a barefoot mile on sachem and finished up with a few light hurdle drills at the track. ran from the highschool down to rt 10 then around pine knoll then around luc's neighborhood then a mile around sachem then down on the connecticut river path up by the browns' house, up to main street, then down to thompson terrace and up to the highschool.
