took barton boardwalk back. awesome run. truly awesome. took the first 20 min realz easy, just chilling, and then all of a sudden i found myself moving pretty fast on traverwood road, so i figured i would just kinda keep going fast. tested out a sprint, but the outside (not quite my ITB, though maybe it is) of my left leg (going up to my glute and butt) hurt and felt like i couldn't get a whole lot out of them.
quality run though. just quality. purpose: maintenance miles.
