ran into pine park and then took a left just before grand junction and followed that until we decided to cut up by crrel. i felt MUCH better today than on thursday. I really needed that rest. Things weren't even close to 100%, but they were still much better. left/right ITBs need some love. left ITB is a red herring; the right one is the main culprit.
