losing weight, i see. running felt much easier, intredastingly enough, despite swimming immediately before. 40 + 5 extra pushups before, same after. 13 pullups before swimming, 13 after running. my pullups are shitty because i just took 2 weeks off, but they're coming back. i feel good. running felt light and easy. did the same route as yesterday 5 minutes faster, so i went into town to CVS. time to do longer/harder routes.
