deep water aquajogging. quality workout. not the best workout, but a good one nonetheless. 6 min hard/tempo (no idea how to gauge), 1 min easy, repeat 4 times. 4x6' hard, 1' rest. fast finishes for the last 1:00 - 1:30, of course. the middle ones started to sag, but I was still going hard. the first and last ones were definitely tempo though. overall felt great. my ankle is enjoying not being used, and my blisters are enjoying the deep water aqua jogging. grab two floaties, tuck them under my armpits, and run. i can't seem to get my ankles to play well, so i just forget about them. gonna go do calf raises on the stairs now.
