long run. same as route listed excepted i started and stopped at my house instead of the green because a) i was short on time and b) i am not in good enough shape. going up king hill really killed my pace, but other than that I think i was doing alright, probably a 7:20 overall excluding king hill (maybe even better; you kinda go suuuuuuuuper slow going up and down king hill). cramped up once i got to the bottom. i probably need to do more core work. legs felt GREAT! really, they did. just simple cruising, no issues, no pain or soreness. stomach cramping and bloating were the only issues. the bloating kinda passed for the most part. i'm working on keeping my arms in a little tighter and to push off with my toes a bit. can't feel the arms helping me run faster, but pushing off with my toes is making a noticeable difference. today might've been too much since my gut is still hurting even as i write this.
