with bob. went after PT. 5x45, 5x65, 5x95, 5x115, 5x135, 5x155, 5x135, 5x115, 5x115, 5x115, 5x45

then we did about 50-60 pullups in sets of 10. then i did some deadlifts. still trying to figure out how to really do them.

felt good to work out. my squat is going up, which is nice, and i feel better now than i did wednesday.
