Solid run. cruising through the arb while pissed about my latest physics exam. cruised right through. no aches or pains. right foot felt strong. left ankle is weak for some reason, hence the day off yesterday. reminiscent of tendonitis (flexor digitum longus of the fall), but the pain is on the other side of the shin, so it's not the tendon. oh well. for sure, i need better ankle strength when rotating inside. the PT lady at UHS spoke of this in the fall. time to get on it.
