LT mile reps. Not sure what my actual LT pace would be, but I'm gonna go by feel.
Mile 1, 8:40
Mile 2, 8:30
Mile 3, 8:20
Mile 4, 8:10
This pacing a complete shot in the dark. I have no idea if this pacing will be challenging or too easy. The focus is going to be cutting down and taking the last two a little harder with whatever I have left.

Didn't go as planned. Felt good in the beginning but tired out by last 400 of mile 2. Tried to make mile 3 work, but it was a mess. Stopped mid-way. Decided to try and do 800 instead of mile 4, but that was quickly reduced to 2 200s. Definitely depleted much more quickly than I expected.
I do still feel like I got a decent workout in for the level I'm at right now. I've been feeling those endorphins for like 4 hours. It was really nice being on a track again!
