felt good energy-wise. lower calf/achilles felt sore in the last 15 minutes, but I'm guessing that's from beach running earlier this week.

All day I kept telling myself running was going to suck and I wouldn't be able to do more than 15 minutes. I don't know why I believe this crap, but I do. I went all day feeling negative about everything else in my day because of this self-doubt about running. I literally let this self doubt ruin my day. After I finished running I felt so much more positive in general. I don't know what to do about this other than run more so I can have more self-assurance that it will go well.

listed this as easy because even though it was slow, effort was there.
