Notes

Didn't run, as I had planned.... but we lifted. I'm so weak now! I literally did 3x5 lunges (ea leg) with 15lb and 2x5 squats and my legs were shot. I also did dumbell presses with 15lbs and pull ups.

I can't wait until I'm in a situation where I have access to a gym again. I really do want to run in Troy though. I will have to make time when I visit for graduation.
