Last workout before GVSU. Felt really good. Just gotta get good sleep and stay loose. Also need to do some more visualization. I looked yesterday and my 14:42 that I entered myself in as is already 17th on the list. Probs wont make the fast heat but we'll see. Todays workout was 1k @ thresh (3:12), 2x1k @ CV (3:04) 4x200. Actual splits were 3:10.7, 3:03.3, 3:03.3. 4x200 not timed. I have complete control over my mid distance team and their first workout is today. Really excited to train them.
