Wowzers! Big workout this morning. Woke at 5:45 to get ready to go! Didn’t know how this would go. These workouts can be tough on your own. But it went well. The 2k’s were on the roads and felt like a breeze clicking off between 5:10-5:18 pace. Everything else was on the track! Never strained for anything. Splits below.
