Notes

Running form felt pretty smooth but the last 4 miles was straight into the wind which was pretty rough and made my legs kinda tired. Kept it pretty chill today though. Form drills, and friday core (burpees). The first 4 miles I had the wind at my back which was nice! HR right after: 128
