Notes

Nice workout today but going into this I was a little beat up and hesitant. My legs hurt and I was super tired, not to mention, I thought I was getting a cold. But, all that negative shat went away once we started it. The workout was 2x1k, 1x400, 1x200 at 3:06, 2:56, 65, and crisp. for the 200. The actual splits were 3:04, 2:56, 64, and 29. My groin has been very painful since the workout so I went to Chapman's so he could help me work it out.
