Notes

Had some really awesome company on this run today. Spencer went with me on the first one and stayed there the entire time and I was going my regular pace and effort. Coach wanted it to be about a 6-7 effort and it was probably around 7 for me. It was challenging but my breathing was controlled, shoulders were relaxed, and felt like I could have dropped the hammer if I needed too. Did the monster before. Need to roll out good and get ready for a fun race on Friday. Also, I had to stop and poop and then I regrouped with Spencer and started the last rep with only like 1.5 minutes rest, so that's why the time isn't an even number.
