Notes

Nice workout today. Started off with 10 minutes at thresh, which I was pretty much right on with. Mapped it out and went 1.92 miles which was 5:13 pace. Felt super smooth and relaxed too. Relaxed is what will carry me for a big race on Thursday in my 5k. Then, we ended with 4 150's. Felt super strong and smooth on these too. Really wanted to let loose on these but decided I'll save that for Thursday. 30 minute monster after.
