1k @ CV, 1k @ 5k, 800 @ 5k, 600 @ 3k, 1k at CV. Nice indoor workout today. Felt strong the whole time. Hit my paces and was a little fast on some. Went 3:02, 2:55, 2:20, 1:40, 3:00. 1-2 mins rest on all of them. Need to work on relaxing my right arm because it's been really jank. 40 minute monster after.
