Nice little workout today by myself out on the course. The course had some bad footing and my ankle/achilles was starting to hurt so I went and did my last 3-4 on the road. I think I had the right effort going but I didn't have a GPS to tell me otherwise. Really haven't had a bad workout since November so I hope this pays off eventually because that 3k wasn't indicative of who I am as a runner. Long season though and I'm just gonna trust the process. 40 minute monster after.
