Big dawg double this morning. 75, 70, 68, 70, 68. Maybe should have toned it back a bit but on my other workouts I haven't been going as hard so today was nice to kind of let it out.

I know exactly what you mean when you say, "let it out." This workout is so easy to me too, but keep in mind that we are training for nationals and it's early July!:) Everything else in your log makes me excited to see! Miss you bud
