8-10x400 @ MRP, 400j. Just did 8 400’s. Probably could have done all 10 and been fine but wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to the well on this. Kinda warm out this afternoon, low 80’s. The track was asphalt and was at the YMCA in Greenwood. I called some high schools but they wouldn’t let me on their track, so I came here for the first time. Will probs be back in the future for more workouts. The straights were longer which made the curves tighter. Overall a solid workout. Not putting too much stock into splits for my workouts rn. Onto the next one.
All splits were 65-66 though.
