10 miles with warm up and workout. Hopped on the bike for a 15 minute cool down since I couldn't run without shatting everywhere. Bowels were awful today. Fought hard but this was the toughest workout I've ever done. Jerry killed it. I hung with him on all except the last 2k. Mile- 5:03, 2k 7:04(slow), 1200- 3:42, 2k-6:52, 800-2:23, 2k 7:00 (tough), 400- 63.
